Here’s something different for you – Project 43….
If you ask business owners the question “how can we help you?”, one answer comes back time and time again, and that is the desire to win more business.
Sure it’s dressed in many different ways such as I’m looking to expand my reach, I want to speak to more business owners or I want to grow – but fundamentally it’s the same thing, I want more business, and that desire is directly related to the lifestyle we are looking to provide ourselves and our families.
Networking is often seen as a solution for this, with the “holy grail” being a steady stream of introduced work from those around us – Introduced business, the Unicorn of the networking world.
The problem is how do you find Unicorns, let alone catch them.
This is where Project 43 comes in….
Originally piloted in 2022 under a different guise, Project 43 is a program devised as a way of developing a steady stream of introduced business, amalgamating good techniques and bringing in practices rarely seen in the small business sector.
The concept is nothing overly complicated.
But, it does take understanding, a little trust and most importantly taking ownership of the task in hand. Neither is it time intensive either as it’s principles are based around small group working/learning – but a level of commitment is required.
Best of all, YBW provides Project 43 completely free of charge for all members, but please note, places are only offered to those who wish to take part.
